You can end the service any time you like by sending the word : " STOP " to the number 7220.You will then receive a last message that your account has been deleted.
The customer must be over 18 years of age, and must have the bill payers permission. The customer understands that the premium rate charges are not part of any normal ISP charges and will appear on the telephone bill.

I. Conclusion of contract, contract contents, duration of contract and completion of contract
Contractual parties are this site(service provider) and the user of this software (customer). In return for payment, the service provider enables the customer to access protected Web sites/data via the use of this dial-up software (provision of services). To this, the existing connection to the Internet is disconnected and a cost-liable connection to a premium-rate telephone number is established. The contract comes into effect with the establishment of the connection to the premium-rate telephone number, and concludes with the aborting of said connection. This dial-up software is only permitted for use by those over the age of majority, who are of unrestricted legal capacity. The service provider is not responsible for contents of the protected Web sites and/or data, and operates solely the encashment process.
II. Costs
The costs of the service depend on the tariff displayed in the beginning off the site, and are charged to with the phone bill of the owner of the telephone connection used in each case.
III. Privacy policy
The service provider and/or the co-operative company store the customer's connection data during the length of the contract and the necessary accounting period. Further information is not stored.
IV. Right of withdrawal
With the establishment of the connection to the premium-rate telephone number, the customer authorises the execution of the provision of services offered by the service provider.
V. Miscellaneous
The software enables the use of certain Internet-based services. The customer agrees that the service provider is justified to automatically examine the in-use version of the software and/or components due to customer protection guidelines, and to provide updates or additions to the installed software, which can be loaded automatically on the customer's computer. Decompilation, disassembly and reverse engineering of this software is expressly forbidden.
Any claims for damages by the customer against the service provider are impossible, unless intent or culpable negligence is provable.
The customer can only reckon up against demands of the service provider with undisputed and legally-established demands.
These terms and conditions are solely available in the English language.
VI. Severability clause
If individual regulations of the contract should be totally or partly ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining regulations or parts of such regulations remains unaffected. In place of the ineffective regulation, an effective regulation (which follows the intention of the service provider's regulation), which most likely corresponds to the ineffective regulation, comes into power.
